HR Manager is a key member of the management team where he/she has an influential role in HR policy formulation and implementation of RT East Africa Limited.
RT East Africa Limited is part of Multiple Group of Companies and is based in Nairobi Industrial Area.
Company was incorporated in year 2005 and offers total transport solutions.
VW TRuck and Bus assembling facility
November 2011 an assembly agreement was signed between Volkswagen Truck & Bus and RT East Africa, giving sole rights for assembly and sale of Volkswagen Trucks and Busses in the eastern Africa region.
MAN Truck & Bus
October 2012 MAN Truck and Bus signed an exclusive distribution agreement with RT East Africa Limited for the entire East Africa, including Southern Sudan.

• Partner with Randon S.A. of Brazil (ranked among top 3 in the world)
• Sole distribution rights for Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Burundi
Trading Division
•Frasle brake linings and pads / Jost Transport Systems
•Tyres, oil, air and fuel filters, suspension systems

Responsibilities:
- Manage
HR Recruitment administration and employee record keeping through HR
Master Data and recruitment reports
- Maintain
and update company's recruitment policy, in compliance to Kenya
Labour Law and local practice
- Responsible
for managing payroll processing and timely payment of staff costs.
- Take
initiative and lead role in staff learning and development plans.
- Planning
and implementation of HR policies, Staff Training Policies
- You
must be aware of HSE requirements for manufacturing and Assembly
plant operations and should be able to join within 30 Days.
- Perform
other position related duties as specified by Management
- 5-7
years’ experience as a Human Resource Manager in medium/large
organization based in Kenya, preferably in transportation or
manufacturing/assembly industry.
- Ability
to provide and obtain cooperation and assistance to meet objectives
- Degree
and specialization in Human Resource Management preferred.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multi-tasking,
work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive
approach to identify and resolve issues.
- Ability
to change without losing focus.
