The
Carnivore invites applications from qualified candidates to fill the
Restaurant Manager position.
Scope:
The
Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day
operations of the Carnivore Restaurant in order to meet business
requirements and client’s satisfaction whilst ensuring adherence to
service standards and operating procedures.
In
order to be considered for this position, applicants must possess the
following experience and competencies:
=Diploma/Degree
in Hospitality Management from an accredited college or university
=Minimum
of 3 years in the position of Food and Beverage Manager in a similar
establishment.
=Working
knowledge of Micros
=Superior
planning and organizational skills
=Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
=Knowledge
of a foreign language a plus
