Title Facilities Coordinator –Support Services

Role Purpose:
Facilitate and coordinate all support services.
Duties and Responsibilities
·Ensure performance of support service providers countrywide is up to standard
·Ensure HSE programmes are maintained correctly
·Ensure cost optimisation by timely sourcing  for the most favourable, less costly airlines& hotel accommodation through the agents, ensure expatriates get houses in safe location, within budget and within their limits and to ensure that due process is followed to obtain the same and contracts are maintained.
·Maintain records and give monthly reports on all support services, on a monthly basis
Ensure cleanliness of cafeteria, offices, equipment, meeting rooms & common   rooms,countrywide.
·Raise payment requisitions related to all support services.
·Perform any other duty as maybe assigned by Head of facilities.
Qualifications 
Academic/ Professional Qualifications
· University Degree
· Three (3) years experience in similar position

· Time Management Skills
