• Single
Point Of Contact for all Mobile Money 24x7x365 Technical Operations
for multiple countries in Africa
• Manage
Client communication with Technical, Business and Sr Mgmt at Opco
/HUB/Grp Level
• Perform
periodic Governance reviews with Opco /HUB/ Grp Team
• Co-ordinates
with various internal stake holders for all Comviva deliveries and
external with partners
• Manage
Ops team of L1s and SMEs for Tech Operations
• Manage
the operational delivery of service to the assigned statement of work
• Review
customer feedback with team and work on improvement plans
• Accountable
for the resolution of operational problems and issues that impact
service delivery in all service deliverables
• Maintain
integrity, security & confidentiality of all sensitive
information and the physical security of the delivery network &
infrastructure
