ABOUT THIS JOB
Baker Hughes has an opportunity for a Wireline Operator to join our team in Kenya, Nairobi.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Take
responsibility for job-related paperwork and other records for self
and assigned crew.
- Ensure
compliance of all Country, local and Wireline regulations regarding
Wireline explosives operations.
- Participate
in operational quality improvement efforts.
- Maintain
good customer relations.
- Carry
out all required maintenance of the unit and perform ad hoc duties
relating to site operations as well as training of junior operators.
- A
Tertiary qualification with at least 5 years relevant experience
- Industry
experience and product line training
- Sound
knowledge of oil & gas industry and product line
- Mechanical
aptitude
- Good
communication skills and fully competent in all aspects of operator
duties at a well site and shop.
- A
