You will coordinate and execute short range marketing programs to increase profit and expansion of products and services. You will also provide marketing support to our Game Lodges and Camps.
Other tasks include:

• Managing Collateral
• Managing the Photography bank
• Marketing research support

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to long-term marketing plans and strategies within the marketing department.
• Liaise with Purchasing Department on production of marketing material, including posters, flyers, banners and all branded marketing merchandise.
• Organizing and attending events and exhibitions while ensuring proper brand visibility and presentation.
• Managing timely distribution of marketing materials to all units and GSAs.
• To maintain an up to date competitor analysis of all advertising and sales promotions.
• Prepare briefs to consultants/ suppliers and maintain a record of the same.
• Assist in product development research where applicable.
• Retain updated market trend information on market segments, clients, products and services that impact on the business.
• Assist in planning PR activities for all segments which include FAM trips, cocktails, luncheons/dinners, product presentations.
• Manage and control inventory at the Marketing department store.
• Manage and retain a well indexed photography bank for Sarova Hotels, Resorts and Game Lodges, including an updated file with all model release forms.
• Developing in-house design jobs as required.
• Any other role assigned from time to time.

PERSON’S SPECIFICATION

Minimum Qualification:
Degree in Business-Marketing or an equivalent from a recognised institution
Post Graduate /MBA preferably in relevant fields will be an added advantage
Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Hotel industry marketing and/or sales
• Financial Acumen and strong with numbers
• Analytical ability
• Strong Computer skills

Minimum working experience:
2 years experience in a similar position.
