Customer Relations Officer
Job Ref: MN 6022
Overall Purpose: Reporting to the Marketing & Business Development Manager, he will in charge of Continuous promotion and maintenance of positive customer relations to meet customer needs and expectations.
Job Profile:
- Implementing
customer relations strategies and policies to enhance customers’
loyalty and best customer care practices.
- Attending
to Customer complaints, expediting correction and following up to
ensure resolution.
- Facilitating
customer education on the Society’s products through exhibitions
and fairs and other promotional activities.
- Promoting
new products to enhance customer service, collecting customer
information and analysing customer needs.
- Maintaining
customer records and directory of customer’s contact details.
- Handling
customer accounts and providing guidance on enhancing customer
relationships.
- Bachelor
Degree in Marketing with Post Graduate Diploma in Sales &
Marketing.
- Member,
Chartered Institute of Marketing with IT User Skills.
- 5
years relevant work experience.
