Description
The
principal accountability of this role is to partner with the
Business, EA HR Head to develop strategies and implement HR policies,
practices and business-critical HR projects that give the bank a
competitive edge, and to provide guidance to branch management in
ensuring that the business derives maximum value from the deployment
of human resources by developing policies that ensure the selection,
development, progression, reward and relations between the Bank and
staff are maintained to required professional and corporate
standards, within the framework of compliance and regulations as
specified by the law and by the corporation.
Qualifications
Education
University degree
MBA/Post graduate qualification in HR an
added advantage.
Experience
Minimum of 8 years of working experience preferably in a bank with at
least five at managerial level in human resource function of a
dynamic multi-national organisation.
Experience in interacting
with and influencing key decision makers
Experience in
building, training, motivating and managing a team
Good
communication & interpersonal skills
Strong planning &
organization skills
Capability of working in a diverse &
dynamic environment
Ability to interact with all levels of
staff & management
