Job description

We are therefore looking for an e-health Governance, hands-on subject matter expert. The work will be performed predominantly at the client site. You must be a governance expert with in-depth governance in Info way engagements. You will focus on the following major offerings:

• Integrated Case Management
• Business Transformation
• Health Solutions including e-HR
• Accountability and Cost Efficiency

Required Skills:

• Prior governance in Info way engagements
• Strong executive presence and experience selling and finding solutions to consulting engagements to CXO level clients
• Prior exposure in any of the growth markets is a plus: Asia Pacific, Central Europe, Russia, Africa and Latin America
• Strong business acumen and Healthcare thought leadership with deep understanding of emerging business and technology trends
• Possess excellent analytical skills, with the capability to perform sophisticated hypothesis-driven analyses
• Experience in delivering complex strategic and technology implementation projects that address multi-faceted issues, working across organizational boundaries, interfacing with senior executives and working effectively in teams
• Our preference is for professionals that combine strong strategy development skills with a keen understanding of the impact of technology and innovation on business strategy

Role specific skills:

• 5+ years governance experience with Healthcare organizations, ideally with a combination of provider and payer organizations;
• E-Health consulting, solution design and solution delivery experience
• Experience and domain expertise in one or more of: clinical, drugs, labs, medical imaging, HIE (Health Information Exchange), EMR(Electronic Medical Record) , ESB(Enterprise Service Bus).
• Ability to interact with technical & clinical management and influence decision makers;
• Experience developing and managing proposals and value propositions;
• Ability to accommodate travel – 50% - 70% or more
Required

• Bachelor's Degree
  
• At least 8 years experience in Strong health care acumen and Strong Consulting Background
  
• At least 8 years experience in Strong Leadership
  
• English: Fluent
  

Preferred

• Master's Degree
  
• At least 10 years experience in Strong health care acumen and Strong Consulting Background
  
• At least 10 years experience in Strong Leadership
