Education: Diploma
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Reporting to Administration Manager; this position requires the applicant to receive clients and visitors in a prompt and professional manner and attend to them pleasantly, always maintaining a good corporate image. The applicant will provide relief for other reception / switchboard staff as required.
Purpose of this position
- To
receive clients and guests and directing them promptly to the
offices they wish to consult, making sure that their waiting time at
the reception is as comfortable as possible
- Implement
appropriate and reasonable restrictions on hawkers and the public
- Receive,
stamp and distribute all incoming mails as required
- Answer
telephone calls and route them promptly taking messages as necessary
- Maintain
the telephone system in good working order, reporting all faults
promptly to service provider and /or administration department
- Diploma
in Business Administration or equivalent
- 5
years of experience in a customer-focused industry
- Computer
literate
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge
of insurance will be an added advantage
