RTS Global Partners has partnered with one of the largest B2B and B2C Automotive suppliers in Kenya. The core business offers Sales, Service and Parts Supply for some of the largest global brands of New Trucks, Pick Ups and Cars.
RTS Global Partners is supporting this company to identify some of the best Sales people and Business Developers in Kenya who enjoy the following approach to Sales:
Relationships: In this market, the skill is to build soft relationships and trust.
Credibility: We are dealing with high value products. Credibility is important for a client to make the commitment.
Technical Approach: Automotive background is not essential. But an enjoyment of a technical pitch is important.
Follow Up: Success is based on building a long term relationship, results come from following up on all of your contacts.
High Energy: You need to be organised, energetic and self-managing.
Closing: The most important part of Sales.



Desired Skills and Experience
We are looking for people to demonstrate 5 Years Sales Experience. We take 5 years of references.
Ideal background will be from a Automotive, Multi-National Company, FMCG, Construction or Consumer Goods Background.
