Job description

  • Do you have 3-8 years of Sales experience in HIGH net worth Real Estate, Insurance, Banking or Corporate Lending?
  • Are you able to generate your own leads or close sales on provided leads?

Our client is a leading luxury property developer with an expanding portfolio of interests throughout the MEA region.
They have built a reputation for delivering the highest quality residential, leisure and commercial properties in Dubai and are now recognised internationally as one of the Middle East’s leading developers with High-rises, fashion residences, branded apartments, retail or commercial developments. Synonymous with luxury living and have a proven track record with delivery of 8,887 units.
  • The ideal candidates will contact regular and prospective Clients to sell High-rises, fashion residences, branded apartments, retail or commercial developments and solicit orders.
  • Recommend Real Estate solutions to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
  • Answer customers' questions about projects, prices, availability and project statuses.
  • Provide customers with catalogues and conduct onsite tours.
  • Identify prospective customers by generating leads, following up leads from advertisements and existing clients, attending expos, trade shows and conferences.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
  • Convincing customers to buy properties or to otherwise positively change their minds or actions.
  • Representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources.
Key Outputs:
  • Monthly sales of between one to four units.
  • Frequently update the prospective and active clients, on the new and existing properties on offer.
  • Maintaining a client and potential client database, and following up.
  • Generate client interest on upcoming projects way before completion.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Property market in East Africa.
  • 3-8 years of Sales experience in HIGH net worth Real Estate, Insurance, Banking or Corporate Lending.
  • Self-starter and articulate able to generate own leads or close sales on provided leads.
  • Prior interaction with a network of High net-worth individuals.
