Main
Purpose of the Job
Act
as a Single point of contact for all material relating to union
negotiations and collective agreements, Input changes as a result of
IR process and Monitor all labor cases and provide data as required
.Key
Responsibilities
- Update
employee files or salary lists at the end of each negotiation period
- Manage
the storage of both active and historical archives for court cases
- Provide
information and related internal communication brochures to users
and employees where required
- Keep
record and track all cases in relation to union matters i.e. court
cases, grievances,
- Provide
information during union and works council elections/nominations
- Prepare
monthly reports in relation to industrial relations
- Maintain
IR related files and information by updating files with changes i.e.
employee files, case files, collective bargaining filesKey
Skills and Qualification
- A
Bachelor's Degree
- A
minimum of 3- 5 years experience in HR related areas
- Must
have CBA experience in a busy working environment and Working
knowledge of relevant trade unionism, labour law

Job
Description
* To manage Bank securities by ensuring that
all documentation that is required to be held in support of credit is
correctly executed in accordance with the credit manual policies and
to protect the Bank against the risks of inadequate security, thus
minimizing losses.
* Maximize the revenue potential from
existing customers and supervise day to day transactions of the
existing customers.
* Liaise with OR team to comply
local/group regulation and standards Portfolio Monitoring to ensure
the business environment is adherent to policy/process
Key
Roles & Responsibilities
MONITORING
*
Support Relationship Team to generate potential revenue from the
existing customers.
* Supervise that ongoing requirements of
existing clients attain maximum revenue within acceptable risk
profile requirements.
* Periodically review of Accounts as
per Customer Due Diligence policy to ensure that current CDD review
has been submitted to ASU with complete Annexure/checklist and
uploaded in system.
* Provide support to all RMs/PMs/Unit
Head/regional heads in all aspects.
* Manages, develops and
appraises a team monitoring performance against agreed JDs,
objectives and business plans ensuring that business potential,
procedural compliance and resources are met in full.
*
Ensure that all administrative functions including file maintenance,
timely customer due diligence, regular stock inspections, periodic
calls, cyclic appraisals, staff training and development, etc are
competently performed.
* Ensure that portfolio review/audit
results in good ratings and nothing negative is highlighted in the
accounts allocated
* Complete awareness of Group Operational
/ Credit Risk policies, as well as local regulatory requirements.
Adhere SME KCSA (Business, Local, Group) and ensure he has equipped
himself with the best training courses available in the bank

Responsible for delivering excellent service to customers that
matches the Banks brand promise of being 'Here for Good'
*
Additional responsibility of running adhoc SME banking projects which
come up from time to time.
* Approval of limit applications,
excesses, etc. (Credit)
* Coordination, strategy, procedural
issues, general market trends and information, checking on existing
customers and new business contacts / opportunities. (UHs)
*
Portfolio control, documentation and procedures (CRC)
* To
facilitate for timely risk reviews and rectification of
exceptions/issues highlighted during ORR.
* Financial
reporting (Finance)
DOCUMENTATION
a)
Provide a high level quality support and maintain cordial
relationship between various business and stakeholders within
Consumer Banking Division, whilst providing independent control over
the credit documentation process.
b) To check execute
Banking facility letters and securing documentation prepared on the
Bank's approved format before dispatch.
c) To instruct and
liaise with the Bank's solicitors in respect of preparation of
non-standard documentation.
d) To ensure that credit
facilities are established as approved, at the correct levels of
approval and ensure adherence of all credit related terms and
approvals prior to drawdown of loans.
e) To follow up on
effective resolution of documentation blemishes and the perfection of
security or waiver held, prior to issuance of SCC and loans
drawdown.
f) To ensure prompt renewal of all security
documents (insurance policies and or valuation reports) and
reassignment of mortgaged property.
g) Manage the process
for Lodgment and withdrawal of securing documentation, protecting the
bank's interest at all times.
h) Monitor staff performance,
coach, guide and take appropriate disciplinary action for
non-compliance with set procedures.
i) Maintain effective
controls and manage risk and compliance of policies in order to
achieve a minimum acceptable audit rating.
j) Ensure
effective resolutions of errors and customers complaints and queries
and provide immediate feedback directly to SCDM.
k) Report
any OR issues or losses to the UORM and Unit head and ensure they are
captured in Phoenix.
l) Adhere to agreed KCSA plans and
approach.
m) Ensure effective control and safe custody of
securing documentation and custody key management as stipulated in
bank's policy.
n) Maintain effective adherence to AML
procedures and polices within the unit and ensure the staff are
effectively trained in understanding AML Policies and combating money
laundering.
o) Manage the administrative function of systems
within allocated mandate by
Qualifications & Skills

Good knowledge on Bank's products and services
- Good
working knowledge of the operation of other departments.

Good working knowledge on Companies Act and legal requirements for
perfection of security documentation.
- Good supervisory and
management skills.
- PC knowledge.
