Objective
Being
In charge of the company website and be the company’s official
graphics designer to design all company materials and communication
online and offline
Salary
scale; KShs.
40,000

Duties
And Responsibilities
- In
charge of the company’s website, keep our website up to date on a
dailybasis. This will entail loading to our website new products and
content creation
- Managing
and updating all the over 20 websites belonging to the company
- Designs
and maintains the company website, blogs, fan pages etc.
- Creating
design concepts that have a high visual impact that positively
represents the company.
- Creative
flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional
approach to time and content management.
- Online
marketing- through social media together with the in-house
administration team as part of his/her team for content creation
i.e. Face book, twitter, Skype etc
- Develops
site navigation by categorizing content; funneling traffic through
content
- Upgrades
site by updating content and graphics; monitoring performance and
results; identifying and evaluating improvement options; introducing
new technology; maintaining link.
- Be
the company official graphic designer to design all company
materials and communication online and offline
Requirements
- Must
have a minimum of Diploma in IT course.
- Qualification
in web design with strengths in graphic arts with knowledge of
design software’s like Corel draw and in design.
- Minimum
of 3 yrs Experience in IT support,web development/ maintenance as
well as online marketing
- Able
to expertly integrate the website, with all major social media
platforms, and drive users to the site
- Web
graphic Design with Fireworks, Photoshop etc.
- Must
be Web Savvy.
- Working
knowledge of database platforms including SQL Server, MySql, Oracle,
Sybase, foxpro,CSS,Jquery
- Experience
in Graphic design using graphic design tools e.g. Photoshop,
illustrator, fireworks e.t.c
- Have
a portfolio of website(s) developed in
- High
integrity
- Good
interpersonal skill
- Great
attention to detail and the ability to produce good looking and
creative web pages that have been thoroughly de-bugged across all
currently used browsers
- Excellent
team player and willingness both to take direction and use own
initiative as appropriate

Role
Purpose
Lead
for MasterCard’s processing business in the Sub Sahara Africa (SSA)
division. Develop and implement a product and sales strategy for
processing across the Sub Africa Sahara (SSA) Division, covering new
investments, managing and deploying existing partnerships and
commercializing existing processing assets to establish MasterCard
brand leadership in the payment space.Major
Accountabilities:
•Develop
and implement a product and sales strategy for processing across SSA,
including switching, issuer & acquirer processing with varied
approaches catered to different (countries).
•Ensure
proliferation and relevance of the MasterCard brand in the SSA
division through
•Effective management of existing processing
partnerships in region
•Identifying, developing and executing
other appropriate partner strategies with processors and
switches
•Develop region specific sales strategies to help drive
sales of processing and associated Value Added services
•Commercial
and execution assessment of various options in order to make sure the
processing approaches in the respective countries leverages the
market strengths with organization’s technology and management
assets
•Provide business model evaluation and conduct due
diligence on opportunities that could require equity investing or
other forms of commercial contracting
•Have good understanding
of Processing “Value Added Services” to enable driving the
commercial and product value proposition discussion with target
customers
•Conduct opportunity assessments on new ideas and
concepts and provide design specifications for product enhancements
to Product Development
•Involved in evaluating various
commercial proposals and help develop commercial thesis for various
initiatives relating to the processing business in the region.
•Build
relationships and leverage existing relationships with high
opportunity prospects to execute against new partner acquisition
goals
•Develop new partner/alliance relationships and maintain
and strengthen existing partner/alliance relationships
Education
(preferred):
•Bachelor’s
degree in business or equivalent work experience. Some advanced
education desirable
Knowledge / Experience (preferred):
•10
years related business experience, preferably with emphasis on
commercial and technology commercialization
•3-5 years of
management experience
•Knowledge of the processing business
(business rather than technical) is a must and experience of working
in Africa would be an advantage
•Have been involved in strategic
planning and evaluation of options and driving execution around key
strategic goals
•Extensive experience in the areas of strategic
project appraisals covering business strategy, financial and
commercial rationale;
•Experience in the financial services
sector strongly preferred
•Proven record of success in
relationship development, contract negotiation, and commercial
development of relationships
•Experience working with
international markets desirable
Skills
/ Abilities:
•Demonstrated
strong analytic and creative problem solving skills to address
customer issues and build actionable plans from disparate
information
•Highly skilled in successful negotiations and in
advocating and influencing a particular position or point of
view
•Provide out of box thinking of delivering customer end

•Excellent
