Job Description
- To plan, control and manage materials and time resource,
- To ensure production of highest quality products at minimum cost and product availability,
- Manage line operatives and efficiencies
- Conduct performance reviews and co-ordinate continuous improvement initiatives on the line
- To develop, motivate, communicate and discipline personnel in the team,
- Ensure high GMP standards
- Drive TPM and enforce safety requirements
- Generate reports as required
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Skills, Experience & Education
- B.Sc in Food Science and Technology or Mechanical Engineering with exposure to Food Quality Management Systems
- Ability to demonstrate strong decision-making skills
- Outstanding planning, organising and controlling skills
- ISO systems understanding & a passion on Continuous Improvement
- Excellent interpersonal and Team Leadership Skills, Consumer and customer focus
- 2 Years experience in an FMCG set-up
