To ensure continued success and growth, we are seeking dynamic and highly talented individuals to join our management team in the following exciting and challenging positions.


ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - ONE (1) POSITION
Position scope

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective and efficient logistical and administrative support to the engineering service centre.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administering and overseeing the office requirements related to procurement and operations.
  • Assisting with preparation of business presentations
  • Assisting in planning, scheduling and organizing meetings.
  • Designing, maintaining and archiving files.
  • Interfacing with various departments to collect information and responding to requests.
  • Compiling and distributing staff meeting minutes.
  • Taking part in special projects as and when required.
  • Attending to customer enquiries.
Qualifications /Competencies/ Experience
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications, experience and competencies: -

  • A Bachelors degree in Secretarial studies.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar position
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of English language both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage own workflow.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

ASSISTANT PLANT SUPERVISOR – TWO (2) POSITIONS
Position scope
Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of the hydropower plant.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring of instrument readings as per established schedule.
  • Performing physical inspections and approved minor repairs.
  • Performing site tests for condition assessment when appropriate.
  • Operating and maintaining power supply to the factory
  • Scheduling preventive maintenance or life extension based condition assessment.
  • Scheduling of Hydro generation in the factory in consultation with the Plant Supervisor.
Assisting the supervisor in the export/ import of power to KPLC and filling of the returns.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications, experience and competencies: - 
  • HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Must have attained a minimum of level C - (minus)
  • Three (3) years experience in a similar environment
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

PLANT SUPERVISOR – TWO (2) POSITIONS
Position scope
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of the hydropower plant.
Key Responsibilities
  • Participating in preventive and corrective maintenance activities with reference to provided guidelines.
  • Operating and maintaining of the power supply line to the factory and the national grid.
  • Managing the Hydro generation plant with respect to manpower, parts, records and all scheduled and unscheduled plant activities.
  • Responsible for all the export/ import of power to KPLC and filling of the returns through the supervisor.
  • Preparing and submitting periodic reports on the power plant operations to KTPC.
Supervising staff within the Hydropower company
Qualifications/Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications, experience and competencies: - 

  • HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Must have attained a minimum of  C (Plain) O Level
  • Five (5) years experience in a similar environment
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
