Reporting to the Sales Manager the overall purpose of the role is to market and sell the Old Mutual products.
Minimum Requirements...
-          Degree or Diploma in a Business-related field.
-          Minimum KCSE C (Plain)
-          At least 1 year progressive experience in sales management
-          Good IT skills
-          Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with dynamic teams
-          Ability to work well under pressure
-          Good communication skills
-          Certificate of proficiency in Insurance will be added advantage
-         Demonstration of maturity, reliability, and high level of integrity    
Job Specification...
Marketing the products
-          Create a satisfied client
-           Develop and safeguard the OM brand
-          Participate in products promotions in liaison with the SM/RSM
Sell the OM products
-          Secure sales deals for the company
-          Complete the relevant documentation
-          Attend the relevant Agency and clients meetings
Client value (quality)
-          Ensuring compliance to OM processes and procedures
-          Putting customer first, ensure appropriate delivery of customer value 
Other duties and responsibilities
-          Collect the feedback from the market and pass the same to respective Manager
-          Safeguard and enhance the OM brand
-          Manage and reduce business risks
