Who are looking forWe are looking for young, talented professionals with energy, enthusiasm and commitment to join our Fraud Investigation and Dispute Services team in the capacity of Senior Consultants and Managers. These positions are ideal for fraud management professionals with 4 to 10 years experience in any industry or the Big Four Firms
.Requirements for the positions
First or Second Class Upper Division Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
Minimum grade B plus a B in both English and Maths
►        Full or partial qualification in ACCA  or CPA
►        Full or partial qualification in CFE
►        4 - 6 years experience in investigations, dispute advisory, compliance and corporate governanceOther attributes and competencies
►        Have a  command of English with good written and oral communication skills
►        Ability to work in a team
►        Be of high ethical, personal and professional standing.
►        Savvy and business minded
►        Passionate and smart with a positive attitude
►        Very enthusiastic & willing to learn
►        Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy
►        Desire to exceed expectations

Job description
Assigned to 1 of the 2 Kenya Based Public Sector Territories with named accounts
• Leverages and coordinates a mix of IBM Direct & Business Partner resources to maximize the IBM Software Group opportunity in the territory
• Responsible for the execution of the IBM Software Strategy, promoting customer awareness of software solutions, driving opportunity identification, ensuring progression, coordinating multiple brand offerings, and removing barriers to success
• Responsible for client relationships, satisfaction, and success
• Primary software contact with other IBM resources engaged in the account or territory
• Responsible for defining Software Strategy in the territory together with the IBM Client Rep

Key Performance Measures

• Responsible for customer satisfaction & overall territory management
• Define business objectives in the territory, which will lead to successful execution and delivery against assigned targets and goals.
Collaborates internally and leads on Software Solution sales to prospective Customers
• Understand customer business environment to be able to identify the opportunity to respond with an IBM Software solution
• Gain knowledge of Software offerings, along with financial and selling skills, to effectively handle routine assignments and to assist on more complex assignments, for opportunities within the territory.
• Demonstrate required proficiency levels for sales skills, as defined for incumbents in this position.
• Demonstrate effective territory management using the defined tools and techniques determined by your manager
• Demonstrate an ability to plan and execute an effective sales call, either individually or with others.
• Take personal responsibility to remain up to date with selling techniques and Software solution capabilities to enhance sales and professional effectiveness.

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years experience in Sales
  • English: Fluent
Preferred
  • Social Sciences
  • At least 8 years experience in Sales
