must be holders of a PhD degree in Library & Information Science
or related field with specialization

any of the following areas: - ICT/IT in Information Science, Digital
Libraries & Information Systems,,

management& Archival Information and Publishing & Book trade
from a recognized university.
Applicants
who possess a Masters degree in the areas mentioned above and have at
least three (3) years teaching
experience
at University level and are registered for a PhD degree will also be
considered. In both cases, they
should
have research experience, with at least two (2) publications in
refereed journals or two chapters in
scholarly
books. They should show evidence of continuing research activity.
The
successful candidate will be expected to teach and supervise at both
undergraduate and postgraduate
students
and undertake further research in their areas of specialization and
also participate in School’s activities.

Applicants
must preferably be holders of a PhD degree in the following areas:-
International Conflict
Management,
Diplomacy, International Law, International Studies, Security Studies
and Strategic Studies.

Actuarial Science from a recognized university. They should show
evidence of having registered for a PhD

in the relevant area.
SENIOR
LEGAL OFFICER (SAR LEVEL)-1 POST-AC/8/245/14-(R&T-

Applicants should be holders of LLM Degree and CPS (K) and must be
Advocates of the High Court of Kenya,
Commissioner
for Oaths and Notary Public. They must have at least 9 years
experience.
2.
Applicants should also have extensive knowledge in all areas of law

conversant
with anti-corruption laws/guidelines on integrity, governance and
compliance issues.

should be team players and must have held a senior position in a busy
