Description•
Maximize
the revenue potential from existing customers and supervise day to
day transactions of the existing customers.
• Liaise with OR
team to comply local/group regulation and standards
• Portfolio
Monitoring to ensure the business environment is adherent to laid
down processes, policies and procedures
Key
Roles & Responsibilities
Support
Relationship Team to generate potential revenue from the existing
customers.
• Supervise that ongoing requirements of existing
clients attain maximum revenue within acceptable risk profile
requirements.
• Periodically review of Accounts as per Customer
Due Diligence policy to ensure that current CDD review has been
submitted to ASU with complete Annexure/checklist and uploaded in
system.
• Provide support to all RMs/PMs/Unit Head/regional
heads in all aspects.
Ensure that all administrative functions
including file maintenance, timely customer due diligence, regular
stock inspections, periodic calls, cyclic appraisals, staff training
and development, etc are competently performed.
Ensure that
portfolio review/audit results in good ratings and nothing negative
is highlighted in the accounts allocated
Complete awareness of
Group Operational / Credit Risk policies, as well as local regulatory
requirements. Adhere SME KCSA (Business, Local, Group) and ensure he
has equipped himself with the best training courses available in the
bank
Responsible for delivering excellent service to customers
that matches the Banks brand promise of being ’Here for Good’
Additional responsibility of running adhoc SME banking projects which
come up from time to time.
NATURE AND PURPOSE
On matters
relating to:
Review for Approval of limit applications,
excesses, etc. (Credit)
Coordination, strategy, procedural
issues, general market trends and information, checking on existing
customers and new business contacts / opportunities. (UHs)
Portfolio control, documentation and procedures (CRC)
To
facilitate for timely risk reviews and rectification of
exceptions/issues highlighted during ORR.
Financial reporting
(Finance)
To build Institutional relationship, Business
Development and on-going review of banking requirements.
Liaising in regard to Documentation, legal advice and keeping abreast
of legal developments in the area.
Market knowledge,
Competitor information and matters of common concern like pricing of
facilities, organisation structure, etc.
To serve as SCB
representative including regular business and home entertainment.
