Reporting to the Sales Manager the overall purpose of the role is to market and sell the Old Mutual products.

Minimum Requirements
-Degree or Diploma in a Business-related field.
-Minimum KCSE C (Plain)
-At least 1 year progressive experience in sales management
-Good IT skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with dynamic teams
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Good communication skills
-Certificate of proficiency in Insurance will be added advantage
-Demonstration of maturity, reliability, and high level of integrity
Job Specification
Marketing the products
-Create a satisfied client
-Develop and safeguard the OM brand
-Participate in products promotions in liaison with the SM/RSM
Sell the OM products
-Secure sales deals for the company
-Complete the relevant documentation
-Attend the relevant Agency and clients meetings
Client value (quality)
-Ensuring compliance to OM processes and procedures
-Putting customer first, ensure appropriate delivery of customer value
Other duties and responsibilities
-Collect the feedback from the market and pass the same to respective Manager
-Safeguard and enhance the OM brand
-Manage and reduce business risks

Reporting to Teamleader – Client Services, the key role of this position is to manage the switchboard and the clients visiting the business.

Minimum Requirements
  • Business related degree or related discipline.
  • Over five (5) years’ experience in a busy front office operations and switchboard
  • Strong analytical capability and grasp of the Asset Management market.
  • Excellent oral communication and customer handling skills.
  • Friendly and professional customer care etiquette.
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills.
  • Mature, orderly, neat and client focused
Job Specification
  • Friendly and professional reception for both walk-in and on call clients in adherence to set standards.
  • Answer client inquiries, channel them to the relevant Department(s) investigate their concerns and give them feedback as required.
  • Ensure fast and efficient turnaround of client issues and complaints. Acknowledge clients complaints, follow up on complaints and ensure resolution of the same and client satisfaction.
  • Collection and channelling of client feedback. Maintain comprehensive log of client service transactions and queries.
  • Responsible and accountable for successful completion of assigned tasks and adhering to set standards.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders actively.
  • Receiving and replying to e-mails, letters and phone call as per set standards.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the reception area to always be clean and orderly as per the set standards.
  • Prepare client service reports applicable to the area of work.
  • Any other allocated duties
