Qualifications



1. A Holder of Bachelor’s Degree in the following:
·Mechanical Engineering
·Chemical Engineering
·Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or Physics
2.Work Experience in the following Areas would be an added advantage
·Busy Industrial organization preferable in maintenance
·Experience in a motorcycle franchise
·Experience in transport or fleet accounts in maintenance
3. Experience in Lubricants sales in a busy organization.

With the Google Access team, you’ll work on cross-product and cross-team initiatives, working closely with cross-functional team members to refine and evolve our projects, as well as deploy fiber-based and other technologies to markets and communities around the globe. You like being on-the-ground, executing complex projects that bring internet access to people.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and implement operations processes and procedures across multiple network operations.
  • Identify, evaluate and lead implementation of solutions and technologies to drive towards achieving excellence in network operations and proactive network fault management.
  • Assist in the identification of training and certification needs and implementation of programs to achieve the same.
  • Coordinate between the cross-functional teams, equipment suppliers and fiber contractors on any escalated and critical operations support related matters.
  • Assist in the definition and deployment of real time operations dashboards and associated processes, and assist in the preparation of documentation standards for the network assets.
Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computing, telecommunications or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in large scale network operations in a service provider environment.
Preferred qualifications
  • Current knowledge and hands-on experience in core and access transmission operations using SDH, DWDM and IP technologies.
  • Excellent technical acumen and a strong sense of focus, organization, meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to guide others to deliver outstanding results in a timely manner.
  • Creativity and the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally.
  • Distinctive analytical skills and ability to present and communicate with highly technical team.

As a Marketing manager, you will be a fully dedicated business leader shaping the future of BebaPay. Responsibilities
  • Design and project-manage effective marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and usage, applying rigorous tracking and analysis.
  • Develop positioning, marketing strategy and key messages.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with outbound marketing and PR campaigns, and work closely with media and creative agencies to drive creative development and effective media planning and execution.
  • Use primary and secondary research as well as internal data to develop deep understanding of the market and consumers' usage patterns.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and best practices for various campaigns and initiatives.
Minimum qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience managing agencies and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience in offline advertising planning, tracking and reporting.
  • A proven, successful track record of delivering material impact in line with company priorities and goals through well-executed marketing efforts. Demonstrated capacity to roll out complex, data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against deadlines. Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and to communicate cross-functionally in a structured, clear and impactful manner.
  • Skilled communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills, including both professional and casual style of communication.
