Reporting to the Health Centre Manager the key responsibilities of the position are:
o Managing patient’s movement and waiting time
o Accurate assessment of patients
o Documentation of client information
o Store of client data
o Administer injections
o Professionalism in providing service
o Attend CME sessions
o Provide client with appropriate information
o Counseling patients
LEVEL OF EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  1. Should be a College graduate, with nursing qualification
  1. Must have 2 years of appropriate experiences in nursing
  1. ICT competency
  1. Must have a registration certificate from the Nursing council.
OTHER COMPETENCIES
  • Good customer service and people skills
  • Self motivated and a team player
  • Pleasant personality

UNIT MANAGER VACANCY– CIC ASSET MANAGEMENT LTD
Job Purpose
To drive Pensions, Unit Trust and Life Business through cross-selling.
Duties & Responsibility
  1. Ensure recruitment and retention of elite sales agent who meet the company standards and are able to sell products across the different business units.
  2. Ensure that new agents get field training as part of their induction into the company.
  3. Enforce cross-sell agent’s KPIs including product and compliance
  4. Develop a training program for the new agents
  5. Ensure that discipline is maintained in COP training, meeting attendance and general office discipline.
  6. Propose motivational measures for retention of sales force
  7. Identifying and exploiting business opportunities in the corporates that have established occupational retirement schemes through intermediaries.
  8. Identifying and exploiting business opportunities in the Sacco and SME sectors and supporting the resultant initiatives.
  9. Supporting the Regional offices through market identification and capacity building to identify and exploit opportunities provided by the marketers.
Academic qualifications
Business related degree or equivalent.
Professional qualifications
Minimum COP
Age/Relevant work experience
Below 35 Years
3 years in Sales/Marketing

Skills, Knowledge and competencies
Sound knowledge of Financial and Insurance Industry/Products
Proficiency in Excel/MS Office
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
Excellent presentation skills
Strategic thinking with good analytical skills.
